Located in Zimbabwe’s capital Harare. It is strategically housed in close proximity to the headquarters of the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) in the leafy suburbs of Belgravia. Belgravia is one of Harare’s prime business areas. We are easily accessible and are centrally located close to all key institutions and government agencies.

We are a firm with an international outlook so we have established synergies with firms in various parts of the world to cater for our Clients with a global presence!

Locally, we are legally registered attorneys and provide representation directly at the Zimbabwe Intellectual Property Office (ZIPO). Regionally, our attorneys are ARIPO accredited thus we have the legal and professional capacity to register, protect, enforce and manage your intellectual property in ARIPO regionally or to the individual ARIPO countries.

We also extend our services to the West of Africa where we also, through our corresponding attorneys, offer the same Intellectual property services for Organisation Africaine de la Propriete Intellectuelle (OAPI) – (Organisation of Intellectual Property) which is housed in Yaoundé Cameroon. We do not operate in isolation; we have a reliable network of good attorneys that we work with throughout the whole of Africa in countries which we do not have a physical presence in yet. Outside Africa, we are represented in various networks of Intellectual property lawyers around the world and are connected to some of the world’s leading Intellectual property firms such that we can assist you in securing your Intellectual property rights outside the African continent.
