Kudzai is a seasoned Senior Associate, possessing a wealth of expertise in trademark, patent, plant breeders rights and industrial design prosecution, as well as copyright advisory work. She proficiently manages IP portfolios for both local and international clients, covering sectors such as FMCG, finance, pharmaceuticals, fashion, cosmetics, and technology. Kudzai's strategic insight in brand creation and filing is unmatched. She also has experience in handling infringement-related matters concerning trademarks and copyright.
In addition to her legal practice, Kudzai serves as the Vice President of the Zimbabwe Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Agents (ZIPTA). She represents the firm in media and CSR initiatives to promote intellectual property awareness. Her dedication to the field is driven by the significant impact of intellectual property on daily life and its transformative potential for Africa's landscape.
