Tafadzwa has two years post qualification experience as a legal practitioner, extensive practical experience and a strong academic foundation and which brings a unique blend of expertise to the firm.
Tafadzwa holds a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (LLM) from the University of Johannesburg. During her master’s studies, she tutored fourth-year law students in Mercantile Law and Business Enterprises Law at the University of Johannesburg. As a senior tutor, Tafadzwa was able to share her knowledge and passion for law with the next generation of legal professionals while also refining her own expertise. This experience has since translated well to her practice as a lawyer where she effectively communicates with clients and navigates intricate legal issues.
Tafadzwa has since been practicing as a Commercial and Intellectual Property lawyer, litigator and researcher. She has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the law and the skills to navigate intricate legal issues. She is passionate about Intellectual Property law and is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.
