Our amazing Tendai is an embodiment of this culture. From going back to school and sitting for her Ordinary and Advanced Levels after she joined us, to earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate school 6 years later. This is no easy feat, juggling work, life as well as school and emerging successful!

Tendai says she drew inspiration from those she surrounded herself with and they motivated and supported her throughout her studies.
Every notable achievement comes from a place of determination and grit. Tendai is a living testament of the age-old lessons of resilience, determination and that hard work always pays off.

She lives by the quote “when you share your experiences with other people, you help take away their fears” – Rick Warren.

Tendai did not allow her circumstances to deter her from making a success out of herself. She has successfully rewritten her story and continues to inspire those around her by her incredible work ethic and drive. Currently, Tendai is in her first year of an MBA degree with Midlands State University. Unstoppable!
